For twenty years, we embedded project controls professionals inside large-scale programs — infrastructure, energy, defense, technology. The same fragmentation appeared everywhere: schedule in one tool, cost in a spreadsheet, status in files no one fully trusted. We built workarounds for every engagement and watched teams quietly refuse to leave Excel.
