Schedule Model
Activities, milestones, start-no-earlier-than and finish-no-later-than constraints, deadlines, and finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish and start-to-finish logic with lag form one network, and a CPM engine calculates dates and total float from it.
Critical Path and Logic Tracing
The Node Graph flags zero-float activities and can filter to the critical path. When you link activities, it highlights the full chain of predecessors and successors from the activity you picked, so you can see how the new logic connects before you commit it.
Baseline Management
Named snapshots capture the baseline, official schedule-status and month-end status records, and can restore a prior state after a preflight check, giving teams a durable reference for performance measurement.
Schedule Performance
Schedule performance views surface status dates, actual starts and finishes, and attention items so teams can keep the working plan current. A Needs Status filter lists activities that are late to start, overdue or not yet progressed, and actual dates after the status date are flagged.
Schedule Risk Model
Uncertainty rubrics define the project's risk bands, and each activity is assigned a band, so schedule confidence inputs come from a governed scale rather than hand-entered estimates line by line. Risk Analysis covers how the bands produce a confidence-level finish.
Microsoft Project Import
Bring an existing .mpp plan in with its activities, logic, constraints, calendars, resource assignments, custom fields and non-labor costs, staged and reviewed slice by slice before it becomes the working plan.
Gantt and Network Views
Plan in a Gantt or a node-and-edge network diagram showing the same schedule, link activities with a click-to-click gesture in either view, and keep one selection as you switch views.
Gantt View Manager
Define named Gantt views that group and summarize the schedule by WBS, OBS or custom field levels, with mapping rules and a readiness check, and changes save as you make them.
Hammock Activities
RoadmapOn the roadmap: hammock activities you add from the plan, spanning the work between two points in the network so their duration follows the logic of the activities they summarize.
Driving Path Analysis
RoadmapOn the roadmap: driving path analysis that traces the activities controlling a selected milestone or finish, so planners can see which work is really shaping key dates.
